Some websites guess what courier codes mean. TcsTracking.com only uses statuses we have checked against TCS’s own milestones. If TCS sends a code we have not checked, we show a simple "Status Update" instead of making up what it means.
Milestones verified via TCS Express Official Directory. To learn how our tracker works, see our About Our Utility page, or contact TCS through our Official Contact Directory.
Shipment Booked
The sender or shop has booked the parcel with TCS and it has a tracking number.
The parcel is waiting for a TCS rider to collect it, or to be handed in at an Express Centre.
Nothing yet. The first scan appears when TCS takes the parcel into a sorting centre.
Picked Up by TCS
A TCS rider has collected the parcel, or it was handed in at a TCS Express Centre.
The parcel goes to the local sorting centre, ready to be sent on.
Nothing. Your parcel is now in the TCS system.
In Transit
The parcel is moving between TCS hubs and sorting centres.
It is travelling towards the sorting centre in the delivery city.
Nothing. How long it takes depends on where it started, where it is going and the route.
Arrived at Facility
The parcel has reached a TCS sorting hub or the delivery station and been scanned in.
It is sorted and made ready for the local delivery round.
Nothing. The local TCS team plans the delivery.
Out for Delivery
A TCS rider has the parcel for delivery to you.
The rider will try to deliver it to your address.
Make sure someone is at the address. If you need to pay on delivery, have the money ready.
Delivered
The parcel has been delivered, and TCS has recorded the delivery.
This is the last status. Delivery is complete.
If you did not get this parcel, call the TCS helpline on 111 123 456 and ask them to check the delivery.
Delivery Pending
The rider could not deliver, for example because nobody was in, you asked for another time or the rider could not get in.
TCS will plan another delivery try.
Make sure someone will be in, or call TCS on 111 123 456 with your tracking number to arrange delivery.
Shipment on Hold
The parcel is being held at a TCS office, waiting for a clearer address, your instructions or a check.
It stays safely at the local office until this is sorted out.
Call the TCS helpline on 111 123 456 with your tracking number to confirm your address or phone number.
Delivery Exception
Something stopped the delivery, such as a closed door, nobody at home or an incomplete address.
The TCS office looks into it, or asks the sender for new delivery instructions.
Call TCS on 111 123 456 straight away to give clear delivery instructions.
Returning to Sender
The parcel could not be delivered and is on its way back to the sender or online shop.
It travels back to the city it came from.
If you bought it online, contact the shop about a refund or sending it again.
Returned to Sender
The parcel is back with the sender. The return is complete.
This is the last status. The sender has the parcel.
Contact the shop or sender about a replacement.
Cancelled
The sender cancelled the booking before the parcel was sent.
This is the last status. Nothing more will happen with this tracking number.
Ask the shop or sender if they have made a new tracking number for your order.
Status Update
TCS sent an update that we could not safely match to one of our checked statuses.
We do not guess what it means, so we show “Status Update” instead.
Your parcel is in the TCS system. For details on this update, call the TCS helpline on 111 123 456.
