TCS says its retail Express Centres typically operate from Monday through Saturday. They typically open at 9:00 AM and close at either 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM. That is a guide to the retail counter, not a promise that every location keeps identical hours. A centre's local schedule may be different.

If you are making a special trip to book a parcel, collect paperwork, or ask about a shipment, confirm the centre's hours first through official TCS support. This matters most near the end of the day, when a counter may be open but a booking may not enter the same dispatch cycle.

Friday prayer break

Retail counters observe a Friday prayer break from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Plan around that pause if you need staff assistance or want to hand over a parcel at the counter. Going before 1:00 PM or after 2:30 PM avoids the interruption.

Saturday and Sunday

Saturday is part of the typical retail operating week. Sunday is different: retail counters are normally closed. TCS notes a limited exception for selected 24/7 airport and main regional hub stations. Those locations should not be treated as a general Sunday branch network, so verify the specific station before relying on it.
